Terms of Service

♡ Payment preferably through Paypal.
♡ If the commission is less than 100$ I will start after receiving full payment.
♡ If the commission is more than 100$, I will start the commission after receiving 50% of the payment. Second 50% after finished Lineart or base colors!
♡ If the design has a lot of details, extra charges may be applied.
♡ 2 free revisions may be granted, (only in the sketch phase) after that, every revision is +10$ depending on complexity
♡ If you cannot pay when I reached your slot or you cannot pay the remaining 50%, the commission will be put on hold until you are able to pay.
♡ I have the right to decline or drop your commission if I don't feel comfortable with the character or the client!
♡ If I don't receive an answer upon contacting you, your commission will be put on hold for a max. of 14 days. If the client still fails to reply, the commission will be dropped without the possibility of a refund.

Live2D Terms of Service

♡ I only do the art of the model so rigging/animating is NOT incuded.
♡ The finished model will be cut and ready to rig, any small changes the rigger requests are free.
♡ Commercial fees are already included in the price.
♡ It can take me multiple months to finish a model because of school, if you need it within a few weeks, a rush fee of +50% will be added!
♡ If you don't have a character reference yet, I can design it for you (but only if you already have a clear idea of what you want), design fee will be added and is different depending on the complexity!

Refund policy

♡ No refunds are granted if I already finished the commission or am about to finish it.
♡ If only the sketch is finished, I would either refund you 50% if everything was payed upfront, or you don't have to pay the remaining 50%
♡ If the client charges a refund via Paypal without a proper reason, they will be blacklisted and published as a scammer!
